ORDER PROCESSING TIME: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

FREE SHIPPING: Enjoy free Economy Shipping on all domestic orders of $99 or more. No code needed — automatically applied at checkout! We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days after processing.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through UPS at ups.com or USPS at usps.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking on UPS or USPS for the latest status.
  2. Wait 2 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they arrive.
  3. Contact us at shelitha@srgboutique.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that SRG Boutique is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
